Common Issues

Can't access earnings reports?

Make sure you have "Payment Center" access in your account settings. Contact your account administrator if you need additional permissions.

Transaction dates don't match?

Transaction Reports and Summary Reports are based on the user's initial click date rather than the fulfilled order date. This can cause slight timing differences.
