ARC Programs Without the Spreadsheet
Curate your reader list, distribute watermarked files, and track verified reviews across Amazon, Goodreads, and Bookbub — all in one place.
Curated Reader List
Bulk-invite readers via CSV or email, share public invite links with your newsletter, and blocklist readers who don't deliver. Invited readers are auto-approved on signup.
Listing-Level Controls
Choose public, approval-required, or private access per listing. Set max-reader caps, review deadlines, and per-format file slots (EPUB, PDF, Mobi) to fit each title's launch plan.
Watermarked File Delivery
Each approved reader downloads a copy watermarked to their account. Discourages leaks and gives you a forensic trail if one happens. You upload the source once — we handle per-reader generation.
Verified Review Tracking
Readers link Amazon, Goodreads, and Bookbub when they sign up. When they post a review, we scrape and verify it automatically. No honor system, no chasing screenshots.
How a Familiar ARC Program Runs
Most ARC programs collapse into spreadsheets and Dropbox links by week three. Familiar gives you the four moving parts of a real program — list, listing, distribution, reviews — and keeps them connected.
1. Build the List
Import your existing reviewer list via CSV or email, or open a public invite link. Readers fill out a profile with their genres and review platforms, so future invitations get the right people.
2. Configure the Program
For each book, create a listing: pick the access type, set how many readers you want, upload the file slots you support, and set a review deadline. Public listings appear in our reader catalog so you can pull in fresh readers too.
3. Approve Quality Readers
See each applicant's review history, genre match, and platform reach before approving. Auto-approve invited readers to skip the queue. Block readers who flake — they're blocked across every future listing.
4. Track Reviews and Report
Reviews posted to Amazon, Goodreads, or Bookbub are scraped and verified. See review counts, ratings distribution, and reader-by-reader status without emailing anyone for a status update.
